Full Job Description About Us:

Little Becomers is a faith-based early childhood program dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can grow academically, socially, and spiritually. We are a growing center with small ratios, allowing for meaningful connections and high-quality care.

Position Summary:

We are seeking caring, dependable, and passionate individuals who love working with young children. The ideal candidate is patient, energetic, and committed to supporting children's development through play, structure, and positive guidance.

Responsibilities:

Provide a safe, nurturing, and positive environment for children Supervise children at all times and maintain proper ratios Implement daily activities and lesson plans Support children's social, emotional, and developmental growth Maintain a clean and organized classroom Communicate effectively with parents and team members Follow all state licensing regulations and center policies

Qualifications:

Previous childcare experience preferred (but not required) CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Must meet state childcare licensing requirements Strong communication and teamwork skills Passion for working with children
