Childcare Assistant Lil Titans Daycare Haubstadt, IN Job Details Part-time | Full-time From $13 an hour 3 days ago Qualifications Childcare Teamwork Full Job Description Lil Titans Daycare is seeking a caring, dependable, and energetic Childcare Assistant to join our team. We are looking for someone to start in August of 2026 but are willing to start with a few summer hours to get them trained. We care for children ages 6 weeks through preschool and are looking for someone who enjoys helping young children learn, play, and grow in a safe and nurturing environment. Position Details 25-40 hours per week Daycare hours are Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-5:00 PM Pay starts at $13.00 per hour Responsibilities Provide attentive care and supervision for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children Assist with daily routines including meals, diapering, potty training, naps, and outdoor play Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment Work cooperatively with other staff members Follow all daycare policies and state licensing requirements Qualifications Reliable, punctual, and responsible Positive attitude and strong work ethic Comfortable working with children from 6 weeks through preschool age Ability to lift, carry, and actively participate in children's activities Strong communication and teamwork skills Childcare experience is preferred but not required Must be able to pass sleep safe and other child training courses Must be able to pass all required background checks Why Work at Lil Titans?
