Responsibilities Assist in planning and executing age-appropriate educational activities that promote childhood development and learning. Support classroom management by maintaining a structured, safe, and inclusive environment for children. Engage children in creative play, sports coaching, theater activities, and other interactive experiences that stimulate growth. Implement behavior management strategies to encourage positive social interactions and emotional regulation. Provide basic first aid when necessary and follow health and safety protocols diligently. Collaborate with lead educators to tailor support for children with special education needs or behavioral challenges. Foster open communication with parents or guardians regarding children's progress, needs, and achievements. Requirements Prior experience working with children in settings such as daycare, preschool, camp, tutoring, or babysitting is highly valued. Knowledge of early childhood education principles and childhood development stages. Skills in classroom management, behavior management, and creating engaging learning environments. Certification or training in first aid and CPR is preferred; willingness to obtain if not already certified. Experience with special education or behavior support strategies is a plus. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while demonstrating patience, enthusiasm, and professionalism. Strong communication skills to interact confidently with children, parents, and colleagues.
