Job Summary Join our vibrant early childhood education team as a Preschool Teacher—no nights or weekends required! Duties Develop and implement creative, age-appropriate curriculum plans that promote early childhood development across cognitive, social, emotional, and physical domains Facilitate engaging lessons focused on literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori-inspired activities to stimulate learning and curiosity Manage classroom behavior with positive reinforcement techniques to create a safe and respectful environment for all children Support children with special needs through tailored activities and early intervention strategies, ensuring inclusive classroom experiences Maintain accurate documentation of each child's progress, including assessments aligned with standardized testing and developmental milestones Foster strong communication with parents and guardians through regular updates about their child's growth and classroom activities Ensure compliance with childcare regulations and best practices in childhood development, including toddler care and classroom management Requirements Prior experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings; classroom experience preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, and early intervention strategies Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and teaching physical education or literacy skills Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and engage families Experience working with students with diverse needs, including special education or Montessori methods is a plus Ability to manage a classroom effectively while maintaining a nurturing environment Certification or coursework in early childhood education or related fields is advantageous; CDA certification is encouraged but not required as classes are available at no cost to support your professional growth Embark on a fulfilling career that makes a difference every day!
