Polly Panda Preschool began in 1984 and remains one of the only family-owned and operated child care centers in the Indianapolis area. We are a Paths to Quality provider and our team of educated, experienced teachers and care givers provide high quality early childhood learning environments. Children engage in learning through developmentally appropriate activities. If you are energetic, dependable, organized, have a strong work ethic, willing to actively engage with children in the classroom and want to provide a safe and loving environment to the children in our school, then we want you to join our team of teachers that want to make a difference in the lives of young children.
Current full time positions open:
Toddlers, Twos, and float
Job Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older Must have a high school diploma Interact with children to support their learning and play Work as a team with our other teachers Communicate with parents both orally and written Complete 12 hours of ongoing training yearly Able to pass a drug test and criminal background check Be able to supervise the overall function of a classroom Provide a well kept classroom that encourages each child's learning style Must be able to work Mon-Fri 9 a.m.-6 p.m. Must have reliable transportation Polly Panda offers top pay (based on education and experience), 401 (K) program, child care discount, tuition reimbursement (for early childhood related classes) and an employee paid time off program
