In this role, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for infants and young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. You will lead a classroom of infant children, implementing engaging lesson plans and following their schedule of needs that promote growth and exploration. Your expertise in early childhood education will be essential in guiding children through their formative years. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that aligns with early childhood education standards. Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages exploration and supports childhood development. Manage classroom behavior effectively, utilizing behavior management techniques to ensure a safe and nurturing environment. Provide individualized support for children in your care. Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and development. Maintain accurate records of the children's daily activities. Ensure compliance with all childcare regulations and standards. Skills Strong background in early childhood education with experience working with infants. Knowledge of childhood development principles and effective classroom management strategies. Excellent communication skills to engage with children, parents, and colleagues effectively.
