Our structured early childhood program serves children from infancy through pre-kindergarten, focusing on quality care, intentional teaching, and whole-child development.
Position Overview:
Our ideal candidate will work alongside the Master Teacher to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment. This role supports curriculum implementation, builds positive relationships with children and families, and ensures compliance with high-quality program standards.
Responsibilities:
Assist in implementing programs curricula activities. Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth. Maintain a safe, organized, and inclusive classroom environment. Communicate effectively with the teaching team and families. Uphold NAEYC accreditation and Level 4 Paths to QUALITY® standards.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required). Experience working with young children preferred. Passion for early childhood education and teamwork.
