Early Childhood Teacher (Full-time/Part-time)

• Must love children
• Inspire, guide, and teach children ages 6 weeks to 5 years old
• Implement creative and hands on lesson plans
• Create meaningful connections with children and their families
• Uphold UCDC standards and policies
• Maintain classroom records, cleanliness and orderliness to align with state regulations and standards
• Provide a loving and nurturing environment for all children
• Be a team player, must work well with others and be willing to help where needed
• Must be dependable
• Stay actively engaged with the children at all times while serving as a role model through appearance and actions
• Must pass a background check and drug screen

Job Types:

Full-time, Part-time Summary As a Daycare/Preschool Teacher/Float, you will support early childhood learning and care in a dynamic classroom setting. Reporting to the lead teacher or program director, you will plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities, supervise students, and maintain a clean, organized environment. Your role focuses on fostering a safe, nurturing space that promotes literacy, social-emotional growth, and basic academic skills. Leveraging strong communication, classroom management, and early childhood education expertise, you will ensure consistent instruction, record-keeping, and adherence to school policies.
