Full Job Description Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Provider to join our team. As a Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of children in our care. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children.
Duties:
  • Provide attentive and nurturing care to children in a safe and stimulating environment
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote social, emotional, and cognitive development
  • Create a structured daily routine that includes playtime, learning activities, meals, and rest periods
  • Monitor children's behavior and intervene when necessary to promote positive behavior management
  • Collaborate with parents to understand and meet the individual needs of each child
  • Maintain a clean and organized childcare space
  • Ensure the safety of all children by following proper health and safety protocols
Experience:
  • Previous experience in caregiving, nannying, or working in a classroom setting is preferred
  • Familiarity with first aid procedures and knowledge of basic medical care for children
  • Experience working with students or children with special education needs is a plus
  • Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
  • Ability to effectively communicate with parents and colleagues
