Full Job Description Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Provider to join our team. As a Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of children in our care. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children.Duties:
- Provide attentive and nurturing care to children in a safe and stimulating environment
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Create a structured daily routine that includes playtime, learning activities, meals, and rest periods
- Monitor children's behavior and intervene when necessary to promote positive behavior management
- Collaborate with parents to understand and meet the individual needs of each child
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare space
- Ensure the safety of all children by following proper health and safety protocols
Experience:
- Previous experience in caregiving, nannying, or working in a classroom setting is preferred
- Familiarity with first aid procedures and knowledge of basic medical care for children
- Experience working with students or children with special education needs is a plus
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
- Ability to effectively communicate with parents and colleagues
