Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Counselor to join our team must be at least 18 years of age. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with students and helping them navigate various challenges they may face.

Duties:

Provide tutoring and academic support as needed. Implement behavior management strategies to support student development. Utilize experience working with students to create a positive and supportive environment. Apply knowledge of childhood development to tailor counseling approaches. Implement daycare and childcare programs effectively. Manage classroom dynamics to ensure a conducive learning environment.

Skills:

Proficiency in educating and tutoring students. Strong behavior management skills. Previous experience working with students in various settings such as camps or daycare facilities. Knowledge of childhood development principles. Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively
