Lead Educator - Early Childhood (Infant, Toddler, Preschool)

As part of Chances and Services for Youth (CASY), we are committed to supporting children and families through strong relationships, play-based learning, and meaningful community impact. Position Overview We are seeking caring and dependable teachers to support the daily care and education of children in a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment. Teachers work as part of a team to implement curriculum, support children's development, and build positive relationships with families.

Key Responsibilities Supervise children to ensure safety and well-being Support social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development Lead or assist with developmentally appropriate activities Use positive guidance strategies to support behavior Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom Assist with daily routines (meals, diapering, toileting, rest time) Communicate with families about their child's day Follow all licensing and health and safety requirements Qualifications Experience working with children (infant, toddler, or preschool preferred) High school diploma or GED required CDA, Early Childhood Associates or early childhood coursework preferred (or willingness to obtain) Must meet state licensing requirements and pass background checks CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Why Join CASY?
