Nursery Associate

Essential Responsibilities and Expectations:
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Position-Specific Provide safety and supervision of children. Plan & participate with children in age-appropriate activities & lessons. Thoroughly read and understand the staff manual and covenant and adhere to all Kids Team policies and procedures. Ability to work with different volunteer and staff personalities in a classroom setting. Lead music worship time either in a large group setting or individual classrooms. Communicate regularly with the parents, co-workers, and coordinators in a positive way. Set up and tear down Kids Ministry space weekly. Keep CPR and Safe Gatherings Certifications up to date. Other duties as assigned. Churchwide Follow Jesus and engage in the "five essential practices" of the Christian life: worship, study, serve, give, and share. Support the church's purpose of "building a Christian community where non-religious and nominally religious people become deeply committed Christians." Exemplify the church's values and support its theological direction as a United Methodist Church.Competencies:

Proven Results in:
