Our Teachers understand that this is more than just a job, they are joining a team, and their teammates will be working with and depending on them for success. Some of the exciting things you will do as a Infant/Toddler Teacher include, but are not limited to: Make a difference everyday! Work collaboratively with all teachers to ensure consistency throughout the program Work collaboratively and contribute to daily lesson plans that challenge students at all levels Communicate daily with parents through verbal face to face, email, daily sheets, etc. Work with and perform duties assigned by your lead teacher Represent Open Minds in a professional manner Build positive relationships in our surrounding communities Be a positive role model for your students Effectively manage your classroom/age group Attend monthly curriculum training (High Scope) Salary Ranges $17.00

00 per/hour INDOMHP Job Requirements At least 18 years of age Possess an Associates Degree or Bachelors degree. We may accept a degree in a related field with at least 12 hours in child development or early childhood education. At least one year of experience working in a licensed child care facility. Proficiency with classroom technology (IPads, laptops, etc.) Ability to sit, stoop, bend to low level positions that best allow interactions with the students Current CPR and First Aid training Pass pre-employment screening and fingerprint background check Preferred Qualifications The ability to lift 40 lbs is strongly desired, and may be required in some classrooms
    Lead Teacher Qualifications Include:
    6 months teaching experience OR 3 semester hours in ECE or Child Dev Curriculum AND 3 months teaching experience
