- Full-time Inspire Little Learners Every Day Kiddie Academy of Olathe is seeking a dedicated, nurturing, and enthusiastic Toddler Teacher to join our exceptional early childhood education team.

Our Toddler Teachers play a vital role in helping children develop confidence, independence, communication skills, and a lifelong love of learning in a safe and engaging environment. Responsibilities Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities for toddlers Foster a warm, nurturing, and positive classroom environment Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom Observe and document children's progress and developmental milestones Build positive relationships with families through ongoing communication Ensure compliance with all Kiddie Academy policies and Kansas licensing regulations Collaborate with fellow teachers and academy leadership to provide the highest quality care and education Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or GED required Previous experience working with toddlers in a licensed childcare center, preschool, or early learning environment preferred CDA, early childhood education coursework, or related degree preferred Strong classroom management and communication skills Availability Monday Through Friday 9AM-6PM/10:30AM-6:30PM Ability to lift, carry, and actively engage with young children throughout the day Passion for early childhood education and child development Kansas Licensing Requirements Employment is contingent upon meeting all applicable Kansas childcare licensing requirements, including: Successful completion of state and federal background checks Compliance with Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) regulations Completion of required orientation and ongoing professional development training Ability to meet teacher qualification requirements for licensed childcare programs What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications Professional development and growth opportunities Supportive leadership team and positive work culture Paid training Paid time off and holiday benefits for eligible employees Employee childcare discount (if applicable) Opportunities for advancement within a growing organization Why Join Kiddie Academy of Olathe?
