Child Care Provider

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. This role is essential in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. The Child Care Provider will be responsible for implementing educational programs that promote literacy, and social development. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity and exploration. Provide individualized support to children, including those with special needs. Assess children's progress through standardized testing and informal evaluations. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and any concerns. Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment. Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience. Supervise children during activities, ensuring their safety at all times. Skills Strong background in early childhood education, preferably in a private school setting. Experience working with children in daycare or similar environments. Proficiency in literacy education and math instruction for young learners. Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues. Experience with special education practices is a plus. Familiarity with standardized testing methods for assessing student progress. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. A genuine passion for nurturing children's growth and development.
