Duties Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans tailored to the developmental needs of 4-year-old children, incorporating literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods. Create a warm, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration, independence, and positive social interactions. Manage classroom behavior through effective behavior management strategies that promote respect and cooperation among students. Conduct assessments to monitor each child's progress in areas such as childhood development, early intervention skills, and literacy. Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate student progress, address concerns, and support at-home learning initiatives. Incorporate special education techniques and early intervention strategies to support children with diverse learning needs. Plan engaging lessons that include hands-on activities, storytelling, and standardized testing where appropriate to evaluate developmental milestones. Requirements Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings; prior classroom management experience is essential. Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles, including childhood development theories and Montessori methods. Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and teaching physical education or tutoring activities. Ability to work effectively with students of varying abilities, including those requiring special education or early intervention support. Excellent communication skills to foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields is preferred; familiarity with classroom experience in private schools is a plus.
