Classroom Teaching Full Job Description Lead Teacher Duties:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and lesson plans
- Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment
- Provide guidance and support to students in their social, emotional, and academic development
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress and any concerns
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students in the classroom
Experience:
- Minimum of 6 months of experience working with preschool or early childhood students
- Strong knowledge of child development principles and practices
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques and strategies
- Experience in classroom management and creating a positive learning environment
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students If you are passionate about educating young minds, have experience working with preschool children, and possess strong classroom management skills, we would love to hear from you.
