Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated floater to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their growth and development through engaging activities. This role requires a strong understanding of child welfare, curriculum development, and effective behavior management strategies to support the diverse needs of infant children and assist all teachers being a asst. director. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards and promote physical education, creativity, and social skills. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to create a collaborative learning environment. Utilize Montessori methods to encourage independent learning and exploration among students. Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback and support as needed. Manage classroom behavior by implementing positive reinforcement techniques and addressing any challenges promptly. Foster a safe and inclusive classroom atmosphere that prioritizes child welfare. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and share best practices in early childhood education. Experience Previous experience working with children in a infant setting is highly desirable. knowledge in daily work tasks being a asst. director. Familiarity with curriculum development and lesson planning tailored for preschool-aged children. Knowledge of behavior management techniques to effectively guide children's interactions. Experience or training in physical education is a plus, contributing to the holistic development of students. A background in Montessori education is beneficial but not mandatory.
