Full Job Description Duties:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate and educate children in a daycare setting.
• Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
• Provide basic care, including feeding, diapering, and naptime routines.
• Foster positive relationships with children and their families.
• Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the daycare facility.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• A strong understanding of childhood development principles and practices.
• Experience working with children in an educational or caregiving setting.
• Knowledge of classroom management techniques to create a structured learning environment.
• First aid certification is preferred.
• A degree or certification in early childhood education is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other teachers and staff members.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children.
