The Role We're hiring Early Childhood Teachers across all age groups — Infant, Toddler, and Preschool. At LeafSpring, your focus is on the children — getting on the floor, following a child's curiosity, celebrating the small moments, and helping each child feel safe, seen, and excited to learn. If you love watching a toddler figure something out for the first time, or know exactly how to turn a simple walk outside into an adventure — you'll fit right in here. What You'll Do Build genuine, trusting relationships with the children in your care and their families Bring learning to life through play, exploration, and hands-on experiences Follow each child's lead — noticing what sparks their interest and leaning into it Keep families connected with warm, consistent communication about their child's day Maintain a classroom that feels safe, welcoming, and full of wonder Uphold LeafSpring's high standards and Kentucky childcare licensing requirements What We're Looking For We welcome candidates at all experience levels — what matters most is your passion for children and your commitment to showing up for them every day.

Degree or CDA track:
