The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing classroom environment. This role involves guiding students in their learning, implementing curriculum, and ensuring the overall welfare of children in our care. The Lead Teacher will also collaborate with other educators and staff to promote a positive learning atmosphere. Duties Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with educational standards and promote literacy education, math skills, and overall child development. Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Monitor student progress, providing feedback to students and parents as needed. Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support child welfare and enhance the educational experience.. Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness, ensuring all materials are readily accessible for student use. Collaborate with fellow educators to share best practices and participate in professional development opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred. Proven experience working with students in an educational setting, particularly with one- and two- year olds. Familiarity with literacy education strategies and math curriculum for early learners. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff. Must have availability Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 5:30 PM.
