Daycare Teacher

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pre K Teacher to join our team. As a Teacher you will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing environment for children while promoting their physical, emotional, and intellectual development. Responsibilities:

• Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities to stimulate children's learning and development
• Provide a safe and supportive environment for children to explore and learn
• Supervise and monitor children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to address any concerns or questions
• Maintain open and effective communication with colleagues, parents, and guardians
• Assist with mealtime routines, including feeding and cleaning up
• Change diapers and assist with potty training as needed
• Foster positive social interactions among children, encouraging cooperation and empathy
• Observe and document children's progress, behavior, and development

Experience:

• Previous experience working with children is preferred
• Knowledge of child development principles and practices
• Familiarity with first aid procedures for children
• Understanding of special education needs is a plus
