Lead 2 year old preschool teacher

We are looking for an experienced Lead Teacher to join our "family" and provide guidance, love, and education to a classroom of 8 two year old students. The successful candidate will have experience working with small children, a love and compassion for small children, and a commitment to helping students reach their full potential. The Lead Teacher will be responsible for developing lesson plans, providing instruction, monitoring student progress, and collaborating with other teachers to ensure a positive learning environment. The Lead Teacher needs to have a strong work-ethic and a positive attitude with people. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to make a difference in the lives of children.

Responsibilities:

Remember that children need stability. A candidate that can show up to work daily, on time, and prepared is the ideal candidate. Develop and implement lesson plans and activities that meet the needs of all students. Be able to change diapers/potty train Maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment which meets Louisiana state licensing requirements. Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents. Maintain accurate records. Communicate effectively with students, parents, administrators, and other staff members. Collaborate with other teachers to develop and implement curriculum.
