Childcare Educator

What You'll Do:

Create engaging, age-appropriate lessons (think: learning through LEGOs and laughter!) Keep kiddos safe, happy, and learning every day Communicate with parents and caregivers like a pro Encourage curiosity, independence, and kindness in every child Build strong bonds with little learners and fellow teachers

Must-Haves:

High School Diploma or equivalent (CDA or ECE degree = big bonus!) Experience working with young children CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to get it) Pass a background check with flying colors A sense of humor, a big heart, and a love for Goldfish crackers (optional, but helpful)
