Duties Develop and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum tailored to infants' needs, including literacy education, motor skills, and social-emotional growth Plan engaging lesson activities that promote curiosity, exploration, and early learning milestones Manage daily classroom routines such as diapering, feeding, nap times, and sensory play with attention to health and safety standards Foster positive behavior management strategies to support emotional regulation and social skills among infants and toddlers Collaborate with families to communicate children's progress, developmental concerns, and personalized care plans Maintain accurate documentation of each child's developmental progress using standardized testing methods when appropriate Ensure compliance with childcare regulations, health protocols, and safety procedures at all times Requirements Proven experience working with infants or toddlers in a classroom or daycare setting Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention strategies Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques Experience in special education or working with children with diverse needs is highly desirable Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, families, and team members Ability to implement behavior management techniques that promote positive social interactions Knowledge of Montessori methods or early childhood education certifications is a plus Demonstrated commitment to child welfare, safety standards, and fostering an inclusive learning environment Join us in shaping the future by nurturing our youngest learners!
