We are seeking a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Lead Teacher to join our team in a three-year-old classroom . Our lead teachers play an important role in creating a classroom where children feel safe, loved, and excited to learn each day. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with young children, maintain a positive classroom environment, and partner with families to support each child's growth and development. Responsibilities Plan and lead age-appropriate classroom activities for three-year-old children Create a warm, welcoming, and engaging classroom environment Support children's social, emotional, and developmental growth Supervise children and maintain a safe classroom at all times Communicate positively and professionally with parents and coworkers Follow classroom schedules and preschool policies Participate in daily routines including meals, toileting, nap, playground supervision, and transitions Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older Must have a genuine love for young children and a desire to help them learn and grow Experience working with children is preferred but not required Strong communication and teamwork skills Dependable, patient, and nurturing personality Ability to maintain a safe and engaging classroom environment Must meet all state licensing and diocese background screening requirements What We Offer Supportive and family-oriented work environment Early childhood education training Collaboration with experienced teachers
