Broussard Campus Qualifications Teachers must have a CDA or college degree in education or are currently enrolled in a program to obtain one. Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience working in a licensed preschool or early childhood center Must have strong communication skills Must be able to work with others Must have an understanding of child development and child behaviors Must have a valid CPR certification Must pass a criminal background check Responsibilities
- Manage classroom activities and ensure a conducive learning environment.
- Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to students' needs and abilities.
- Utilize effective communication skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to support academic growth.
- Incorporate innovative teaching methods to enhance learning experiences.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive educational program.
