Potential daycare workers must have enough strength to lift children, and the flexibility to get down on the floor to play Must be able to record and keep appropriate records such as attendance, time sheets and incident reports Experience preferred but not necessary ' Work Remotely No Summary As a Childcare Provider, you will be essential in nurturing and educating children in a safe and engaging environment. Reporting to the lead educator, your role involves utilizing your core skills in early childhood education, infant care, and classroom management to support children's development. Your premium skills in first aid and special education will enhance your ability to cater to diverse needs. With strong communication and time management skills, you will foster positive relationships with children and families, ensuring a supportive atmosphere for learning and growth. Plan and implement engaging educational activities to promote early childhood development. Manage classroom behavior and maintain a structured routine. Collaborate with colleagues to support children with special needs and disabilities.
