Pass a background check Prior experience working with infants, preschool or toddler care environments is highly preferred. Demonstrated classroom experience with early childhood education programs or private schools is advantageous. Knowledge of curriculum development, lesson planning, and instructional design tailored for young learners. Familiarity with learning technology tools such as LMS platforms used in educational settings. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in special education settings is a plus. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members. Background in behavior management techniques and conflict resolution within classroom environments.
