Teaching Full Job Description Responsibilities:
Implement age-appropriate lesson plans for early childhood education- Provide literacy education and promote language development in young children
- Incorporate physical education activities to promote gross motor skills development
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Manage student behavior and implement behavior management strategies
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and development
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a comprehensive curriculum
- Continuously assess student learning and adjust teaching methods as needed
Skills:
- Strong background in early childhood education and curriculum development for lead teacher position
- Experience working with diverse student populations
- Proficient in lesson planning and implementing engaging educational activities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
