ABA Line Technician/RBT

Be part of the magic that helps kids grow! Lagniappe Pediatrics Rehab & Therapy is looking for a caring and dependable Line Technician to work hands-on with children with autism and other developmental differences. You'll support our therapy team by turning treatment plans into real-life progress — through play, learning, and family support. What you'll do: Work 1:1 with children in homes, schools, and community settings. Follow individualized treatment plans created by BCBAs, OTs, PTs, or SLPs. Collect simple data to track each child's progress and celebrate their wins. Keep sessions fun, safe, and engaging (think games, play, and creativity). Communicate regularly with your supervising therapist or BCBA.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED (required). Experience working with children (teaching, childcare, nannying, therapy aide — all welcome!). Patient, playful personality and willingness to follow structured plans. Reliable transportation to visit families across the New Orleans & Baton Rouge areas. RBT certification a plus — but we can help you train & certify if you don't have it yet.
