It is a well-respected Christian childcare center, located in the Lakeview area of New Orleans. We are dedicated to providing quality childcare, interactive learning, and memorable experiences. We are looking for highly motivated Christian teachers to inspire and be part of a great team, looking after children ages 6 weeks-3 years old.
Responsibilities:
Must teach with love and laughter. Create positive learning environments including resources based on child-directed learning Develop strategies to guide positive behavior Build good, open communication with children, families, and staff Observe and record children's growth, development and behavior using electronic communication Ensure the learning environment is clean, hygienic, and safe Help develop teaching goals for the center and its teachers You will need: Experience working in a childcare setting. A good understanding of early childhood needs and behaviors. Organizational and teamwork skills Versatility, to work with all ages.
Our preferred teacher would have:
A growing relationship with Jesus Christ Lead or solo preschool teaching experiences A teachable positive attitude ready to collaborate with our team A schedule that allows you to work 8:30 am - 5:30 pm Monday - Friday.
