Academy of the Sacred Heart is one of 25 Network of Sacred Heart Schools in the United States-Canada sponsored by the Religious of the Sacred Heart (RSCJ). Job Description The Preschool Co-Teacher is directly accountable to the Preschool & Lower School Division Head and works collaboratively with faculty, students and parents to support the mission and Goals and Criteria of Sacred Heart education. S(he): Supports classroom instruction, management and daily activities alongside the lead teacher Helps maintain a safe, engaging and nurturing learning environment Actively supervises and interacts with students throughout the day Collaborates with faculty and communicates effectively with parents Participates in school life, meetings and professional development Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood or Elementary Education Certification in education required Experience in an early childhood setting preferred Application Process Applicants should submit materials on ashrosary.
