Responsibilities Provide attentive care to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Plan and facilitate age-appropriate activities that promote childhood development and learning Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and potty training Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in line with health and safety standards Communicate effectively with parents or guardians about children's progress and daily experiences Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement techniques and behavior management strategies Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing inclusive care Experience Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying or similar settings is highly preferred Knowledge of early childhood education principles and classroom management techniques Familiarity with infant care, toddler care, and preschool activities Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special education needs is a plus Certification in first aid and CPR is desirable but not required; training can be provided if needed Strong understanding of childhood development stages and caregiving best practices Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with patience, enthusiasm, and professionalism Join us to inspire young minds while building rewarding relationships!
