Job Description
We are a nurturing and educational childcare center dedicated to providing a safe, loving, and stimulating environment for young children. We are currently seeking a passionate and dependable Toddler Teacher to join our growing team. Responsibilities Plan and implement age-appropriate activities for toddlers (ages 1-3) Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff Monitor and document each child's developmental progress Follow daily routines including meals, nap time, and outdoor play Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's day Adhere to all state licensing regulations and center policies Requirements High school diploma or GED required; CDA credential or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred At least 1 year of experience working with toddlers CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain) Must pass a background check Patient, nurturing, and reliable Benefits Competitive pay Supportive team environment Paid training opportunities Holiday pay
