We will respond to your application within one business day. Our client is looking for fun and energetic Co-Lead Teachers to join their premier preschool in Middleton, MA . The ideal candidate must be willing to work with students 6 weeks to 5 years old; as well as be comfortable diapering and toilet training. This is a Direct Hire position with the school Full-Time; Monday•Friday; year-round employment Salary $19.00•$24.00 per hour; Compensation depends on education, credentials, and experience in early childhood education. Potential $2000 Sign-On Bonus for Qualified Co-Lead Teachers! (Eligibility details provided during the screening process) Full-Time Benefits Child-Enrollment Discount (based on classroom openings); 90% off 1st child, 85% off 2nd child, 50% off 3rd child. working with children 4•to 5-years-old
Co-Lead Toddler Teacher:
working with children 2•to 3-years-old
Co-Lead Preschool Teacher Teacher:
working with children 3•to 4-years-old Job Responsibilities Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children Plan, create and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum Maintain educational portfolios for each child Supervise and engage children in educational and play activities Maintain a clean and organized classroom Monitor and ensure the well-being of each child in your care Communicate with parents about their child's progress and any concerns Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment Participate in training sessions, workshops, and staff meetings to enhance your skills and stay updated on best practices in early childhood education
Qualifications Required:
High School Diploma Required:
Experience working with children 6-weeks to 5-years-old in some capacity (babysitting and nannying okay!)
Preferred:
Massachusetts EEC Certification, Child Development Associate (CDA) Certification, or a completed degree in Early Childhood Education or a related degree
Preferred:
At least 1-year of experience working with children 6-weeks to 5-years-old in a licensed Early Childhood Education facility Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations•for Infant and Young Toddler Teachers, must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib Must meet background check eligibility Must be at least 18 years old Don't meet every qualification?
