Our teachers create nurturing learning environments where children can learn, grow, and discover the world around them through play, exploration, and intentional teaching. Responsibilities Create a safe, positive, and engaging classroom environment. Build positive relationships with children and families. Observe children and document learning and development. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and experiences. Follow classroom schedules, routines, and center policies. Guide children's behavior using positive teaching strategies. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom. Actively engage and supervise children at all times. Participate in outdoor learning experiences, walks, and playground activities. Collaborate with co-teachers and leadership team. Attend staff meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities. Qualifications EEC Teacher Certification required. Experience working with young children preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to create positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
