We are looking for qualified and enthusiastic Infant, and Toddler teachers (EEC Certified) to join our team at Crispus Attucks Children Center located in Dorchester. CACC follows an emergent curriculum where teachers can express their creativity and knowledge independently into their classroom while also being supported by our program managers. We pride ourselves on our dedication to making learning exciting, expanding young minds in all areas, and creating loving bonds with the families in our care. Qualifications:
Teacher certification from the Department of Early Education and Care (EEC). Associates Degree in early education preferred. Bachelors Degree in education or similar a plus. First Aid and CPR Certification preferred Should be caring, kind, committed and interested in the growth and development of children and the team you work with.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide planning and execution of appropriate readiness experiences for each curriculum group Provide planning and execution of appropriate art, music, literature, science, etc. activities Maintain records of the progress of each child's growth and development Maintain communication regarding child's growth and development with staff members, Supervisor , Director, and parents Maintain classroom and all educational equipment and materials Maintain records of all accidents, concerns regarding children, unusual behavior of children, suspected incidents of abuse and/or neglect and communicate information to Program Director Ensure adequate nurturing of child's developmental tasks, including any special needs mandated by Protective Services Schedule and participate in all staff/parent meetings Knowledge of all emergency procedures Assist with progress reports Participate/attend monthly staff meetings, trainings and workshops. Participate in Individual (1:1) meetings with supervisor every 2-months. Provide individual time for each child in playing, holding, and talking. Provide feedings according to a child's schedule. Provide diaper and clothing changes regularly and as needed. Supervise toileting of older toddlers if needed.
