Join Our Leadership Team Little Stars Learning Center is seeking a motivated, organized, and passionate Assistant Director to join our leadership team at our South Dennis location. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced early childhood educator looking to grow into a leadership role while making a meaningful impact on children, families, and staff each day. Position Overview Position:
Assistant Director Employment Type:
Full-Time The Assistant Director works closely with the School Director to support daily school operations, staff management, licensing compliance, classroom support, and family communication. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both administrative leadership and hands-on classroom involvement.
Responsibilities Include:
Supporting the daily operations of the school Assisting with staff supervision, coaching, and scheduling Maintaining EEC compliance and safety standards Building positive relationships with families and staff Supporting classrooms as needed Assisting with enrollment, tours, and family communication Helping maintain a positive and professional school culture Qualifications Candidates should possess: EEC Director I or Director II Certification required Experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting Prior leadership or management experience preferred Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Professional, reliable, and team-oriented mindset Passion for early childhood education and leadership Candidates with a CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field are encouraged to apply.
