Full-time HOURS:
M-F 8 hour shift with a 45 minute paid break The Guild of St. Agnes is the largest early education and care agency in Central MA with a mission to provide families with quality and affordable childcare in a safe and nurturing environment. Join our team where you will make a tremendous impact on children's lives, one that can have a lasting impression! We are currently seeking a seasonal EEC certified Early Educator at our Devens location for the summer. This individual will shape the classroom environment within agency guidelines by leading, coordinating, and making decisions to develop and maintain a quality early childhood program. This candidate will have taken Child Growth and Development at the College level and have a minimum of 9 months experience working with toddler or preschool children.
Key responsibilities include:
Ensuring the safety and well-being of the children at all times, being alert for their needs as individuals and as a group Supporting the Lead Teacher in creating and implementing an exciting and enriching learning environment for children Share in the classroom decision-making, finding a mutually agreeable plan that is best for the children The Guild of St. Agnes offers an excellent benefits package including; health and disability insurances, a 401k with up to 10% employer contribution, up to 4 weeks of vacation after one year, and more.
