Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Daycare Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children of various ages, from infants to preschoolers. This role involves planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, fostering social and emotional development, and ensuring the well-being of every child in our care. A strong background in childhood development, classroom management, and experience working with children is essential to support our mission of providing high-quality early education. Responsibilities Develop and execute engaging daily lesson plans tailored to the developmental stages of infants, toddlers, and preschoolers Supervise children during playtime, meals, naps, and educational activities to ensure safety at all times Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive social interactions and emotional growth Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment following health and safety regulations Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding children's progress, behavior, and any concerns Assist with diapering, feeding, and other caregiving duties as needed for infants and toddlers Collaborate with team members to create inclusive activities that support children with disabilities or special needs Ensure compliance with licensing standards and company policies related to childcare Skills Experience working with children in a daycare or preschool setting Knowledge of childhood development principles and age-specific activities Strong classroom management skills to maintain a positive learning environment First aid certification preferred; CPR training is a plus Ability to work effectively with children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities or special education requirements Excellent communication skills for engaging with parents, guardians, and team members Patience, compassion, and a nurturing attitude toward children of all ages Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism Join our team as a Daycare Teacher if you are passionate about early childhood education and committed to fostering a safe, enriching space for young learners.
