• Our team is always available when you need us What You'll Do Child Care & Classroom Support Create a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate classroom Engage children through play, structured learning, and daily routines Support positive behavior using respectful guidance techniques Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment Curriculum & Learning Assist in planning and implementing weekly lesson plans Participate actively in classroom activities with creativity and energy Observe children and support their developmental growth Encourage individualized learning and celebrate each child's uniqueness Teamwork & Communication Collaborate with teachers and classroom staff Build positive relationships with families Attend trainings and team meetings Program Support Maintain accurate documentation and records Follow all safety, confidentiality, and child protection policies Assist with center-wide responsibilities (bus monitoring, light housekeeping, etc.
