• Franklin is seeking experienced Lead Teachers to support classrooms serving infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children.

This role focuses on creating structured, engaging learning environments where children build confidence, independence, and strong early learning foundations. We are currently offering a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates joining our teaching team. Key Responsibilities Lead daily classroom routines using developmentally appropriate teaching practices Implement engaging learning activities that support language, social, and cognitive development Create a safe and organized classroom environment that promotes independence and participation Guide assistant teachers and support classroom consistency Communicate regularly with families regarding classroom experiences and progress Support daily transitions including meals, rest time, and learning centers Maintain compliance with Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements Qualifications Massachusetts EEC Teacher certification required (Infant/Toddler or Preschool) Prior classroom leadership experience preferred Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practices Reliable, collaborative, and team-oriented approach CPR and First Aid certification preferred (training available) What We Offer Competitive hourly pay of $22
