Schedule:

Full-Time, Monday-Friday Toddler Assistant Teacher•Early Learning Support The Learning Experience•Franklin is seeking a Toddler Teacher to support classroom routines and daily activities for children ages 12-36 months. This role helps create a nurturing and engaging environment where toddlers build early communication and independence skills. Key Responsibilities Assist with toddler classroom routines and transitions Support meals, diapering, and learning activities Help maintain a clean and organized classroom environment Encourage social interaction and classroom participation Collaborate with Lead Teachers and center leadership Follow Massachusetts licensing and safety requirements Qualifications Prior childcare experience preferred Experience working with toddlers a plus Reliable and team-oriented approach Must meet Massachusetts EEC requirements
