Supporting a child-centered curriculum that encourages creativity and exploration Maintaining active supervision of children at all times Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues Assisting with diapering and toileting as needed Collaborating with other teachers to support classroom activities Helping ensure a safe and positive school environment What We're Looking For High School Diploma/GED At least 9 months of experience working in a licensed early childhood education program Preferred education would be a degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Elementary Education, Educational Psychology, or related field OR a Child Development Associate (CDA) Certification OR a Massachusetts EEC certification Additional Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when assisting children Must safely lift infants into and out of cribs Must pass required background checks Don't meet every qualification?
