In this role, you will create a warm, engaging classroom where children can explore, learn, and develop essential skills. Your expertise in curriculum development, classroom management, and working with children will help foster a love of learning from the very start. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of preschoolers while promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive growth. Duties Develop and implement dynamic lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods Create a safe, inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and positive behavior management Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote childhood development and early intervention strategies Collaborate with colleagues to design curriculum that supports special education needs and enhances overall classroom experience Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods to monitor progress and tailor instruction accordingly Foster strong communication with parents and guardians regarding child welfare, progress, and classroom activities Manage classroom routines effectively to ensure smooth daily operations and promote a nurturing daycare atmosphere Skills Extensive experience in preschool or early childhood education settings with classroom management expertise Strong knowledge of curriculum development, lesson planning, and teaching physical education for young children Proficiency in working with children of diverse backgrounds, including those requiring special education or early intervention services Excellent communication skills to collaborate with parents, colleagues, and support staff effectively Familiarity with Montessori principles, toddler care practices, and childhood development milestones Ability to implement behavior management techniques that foster positive social interactions Experience with childcare standards, daycare regulations, and private school environments Competence in utilizing literacy education tools, standardized testing procedures, and tutoring methods to support student growth Join us in shaping bright futures by providing exceptional early childhood education that inspires curiosity, confidence, and lifelong learning!
