Preschool Teacher

Duties Develop and implement engaging curriculum plans aligned with early childhood education standards. Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity. Manage daily classroom activities, including lesson planning, behavior management, and classroom organization to support optimal learning experiences. Support children's social-emotional development through positive reinforcement, conflict resolution, and fostering respectful interactions. Collaborate with families to communicate progress, address individual needs, and support ongoing child welfare initiatives. Requirements Proven experience working with children in preschool. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, classroom management, and behavior management strategies. Excellent communication skills for engaging with students, parents, co-teachers, and community partners. Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively while maintaining a positive learning environment. EEC Certifies in Preschool.
