Pay:
Starting at $20 per hour (based on certification and experience)
Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday-Friday The Learning Experience•Milford is seeking experienced Lead Teachers to support classrooms serving infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children. This role focuses on creating structured, engaging learning environments where children build confidence, independence, and early academic foundations. This position is ideal for educators who enjoy leading a classroom team while supporting children during important stages of early development. Key Responsibilities Lead daily classroom routines using developmentally appropriate teaching practices Implement engaging learning activities that support social, language, and cognitive growth Create a safe, organized classroom environment that promotes participation and independence Guide assistant teachers and maintain consistent classroom structure Communicate regularly with families regarding classroom experiences and developmental progress Support transitions throughout the day including meals, rest time, and learning centers Maintain compliance with Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements Qualifications Massachusetts EEC Teacher certification required (Infant/Toddler or Preschool) Prior classroom leadership experience preferred Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practices Reliable, collaborative, and team-oriented approach CPR and First Aid certification preferred (training available) What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on certification and experience Health, dental, and vision insurance options 401K plan Paid time off Employee childcare discount Professional development and advancement opportunities Apply today to join The Learning Experience•Milford and help create a classroom environment where children learn, grow, and build strong foundations for future success.
