We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Preschool and/or Toddler Teacher to become part of our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in early childhood education and a deep commitment to creating a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally enriching environment for young learners. In this role, you will inspire and support preschool and toddler-aged children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive growth through creative and interactive educational activities. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment that encourages learning and exploration. Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement techniques to promote good conduct among students. Provide individualized care and attention to each child, ensuring their welfare and developmental needs are met. Conduct assessments to monitor children's progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly. Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss children's development and address any concerns regarding their welfare. Incorporate physical education activities into the curriculum to promote healthy habits among children. Stay informed about the latest developments in early childhood education practices and incorporate them into the classroom setting. Requirements A minimum of an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is required. Experience working with young children in a preschool or daycare setting is highly desirable. Knowledge of child welfare principles and early intervention strategies. Experience in classroom management and behavior management techniques. Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles. Familiarity with standardized testing methods for early childhood education is a plus. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with children, parents, and colleagues.
