WE ARE LOOKING FOR INFANT/TODDLER, PRESCHOOL & ADMIN POSITIONS!
Duties Develop and implement innovative, age-appropriate curricula that promote literacy, math, physical education, and social-emotional skills aligned with early childhood standards. Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning styles, including special education and early intervention strategies. Manage classroom activities to ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment conducive to learning and child welfare. Utilize effective behavior management techniques to support positive conduct and social skills development among children. Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods to monitor progress and tailor instructional approaches accordingly. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to support each child's holistic development and well-being. Maintain detailed records of lesson plans, child progress reports, and classroom activities to ensure compliance with educational standards. Experience Prior classroom experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development across early childhood subjects such as literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods. Experience with classroom management techniques suitable for toddlers and preschoolers. Knowledge of childhood development principles, including special education needs and early intervention programs. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners. Familiarity with standardized testing procedures, tutoring strategies, and lesson planning tools. Previous experience in private schools or daycare centers is a plus; certification in early childhood education or related fields is highly desirable. Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
